Your ERIE Agent, Your Insurance Advisor
For over half a century, AKD Insurance has established an incomparable record of long-term relationships with our clients. Over 90% of our clients have been with us for 20 years or more. There is a simple explanation. Everyone at AKD, executives and all our counselors, work in ways unique to the insurance industry, and uniquely beneficial to our clients. Ed Ference-Gray is the principal of AKD. AKD is not just a recognized authority on insurance and related industries; they are the people you can call day or night, even in emergencies. They head up an organization comprised of individuals who are not just experienced in insurance and asset protection – each with at least 20 years in the industry – but have been with AKD for many years. All are steeped in the philosophy of AKD – establishing personal relationships beyond the norm. This promotes a deeper understanding of a client’s changing insurance requirements and the ability to recognize when alterations in coverage should be considered. Your AKD insurance counselor begins with a blank slate. Your present insurance coverage is less important than an in-depth evaluation of your specific needs. He or she will assess your current needs, assets and future projections assemble an insurance portfolio that adequately, prudently and economically covers all contingencies. Importantly, our counselors work for you, not the insurance companies. They are your advocates.
